We are a non-profit organization and was founded in August 2001.  We received our official 501 (c) (3) status from the United States IRS on May 2006.  Our TAX ID is: 31-1797462.

Our aim is to promote African drama, dance, history and culture.  We have social activities and events to promote our aim by addressing issue that affect our youths, women, school children, social life, and politics from an African-American perspective.

Our main program is the "African Slavery and Holocaust Memorial", which started in 2008 in Atlanta, New York, and Washington DC.  Each October, we light 1000 candles by the Capitol Buildings and the United nations to commemorate the 100-300 million Africans that died as a result of slavery.  As from October 2009, we plan to get students from Historical Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) and "At risk youth/children" from local correctional facilities in each of the 50 states to participate in the memorial.

The plan is to start an annual spiritual healing process from the mental and social shackles of slavery and forging a divine progressive path towards a better future for ourselves, families, and community. Throughout the rest of the year, we plan to visit "At risk youth/children"" in correctional facilities in all 50 states and heal them from the fruits of slavery and Jim Crow laws: drugs, welfare, housing projects, homelessness, crime, teenage pregnancy, unemployment, HIV/AIDS, alcohol, high school drop-out, and indifference to work.
